Roland
Gagnier
Mr. Gagnier
has worked in real-estate development and as a development consultant to
elderly and special-needs, housing projects since 1980. His resume
reflects multifamily-housing projects completed with the HUD and FHA
financing programs of Section 202, Section 811, Section 221 and Section
232/223(f), HOME and McKinney. Mr. Gagnier's work in federal
programs continues along with various state and local financing
instruments. Mr. Gagnier has personally been involved in the
development of more than 200 housing projects around the country.
He is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester,
Massachusetts.

David
R. Dutra
Mr. Dutra
has been involved in a wide range of real estate-related activities since
1982, including the acquisition and management of multi-family housing
and project development. Prior to joining Gagnier, Hicks in 1998, he was
chief operating officer of New England Mortgage Associates which
successfully liquidated a $48 million portfolio of mortgages and real
estate acquired from the Resolution Trust Corporation. Currently, Mr.
Dutra facilitates refinance of existing HUD Section 202 direct loans. He
is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross (B.A.) and Worcester State
College (M.Ed.), both in Worcester, Massachusetts.

Joseph
Wojtowicz
Since Joseph
Wojtowicz joined Gagnier, Hicks Associates in 1993, he has aided our clients
in the creation of more than 60 multifamily-housing projects for the
elderly and special-needs populations. His responsibilities include
project management and meeting GHA's management information systems and
operational needs. Mr. Wojtowicz is a graduate of Syracuse University
(B.S.) in Syracuse, New York.

Elizabeth Hoff
Prior to her employment at Gagnier, Hicks, Ms. Hoff worked as a
paralegal and as a freelance indexer. Presently, she manages the production of Section 202
and Section 811 projects at GHA.
Ms. Hoff is a graduate of Duke University in Durham, North
Carolina.
