Federal Home Loan Bank awards Affordable Housing Program (AHP) grants twice each year through a competitive application process.
The first cycle is announced in February, applications are generally in the Spring and grants are awarded in the Summer.
The second cycle is announced in late July, applications are generally due in the Fall and grants are awarded in early Winter.
Maximum grant amount and due dates vary by national regions.

Your organization chooses to help your community meet the housing needs of low-income elders (Section 202) or persons living with disabilities (Section 811).
